As we get ready to kick off our race season on Saturday I would like to take this time to give thanks to all that have made this program such a pleasure to be a part of. The nights are getting colder which means only one thing – IT’S SKI RACING TIME! But before you can get on the hill you need to download the membership application forms and send them to race headquarters (George’s house) as soon as possible. Deadline for all returning racers is October 31st.
All updated schedules are now posted. The WJR, USSA and Midwest High School Ski Conference schedules can be found under Member Info/Schedules. Make your calendars!

Training in the off-season, known as "dryland", can improve your skiing. Dryland is in full swing with your coaches every Sunday afternoon at Mukwonago HS and goes from 3-5. Training emphasizes many elements: strength, endurance, balance, and ski-specific activities. Your coaches provide several options for working on balance and ski-specific training at these sessions. Dryland training produces successful racers!

The ski season is right around the corner and have we been busy during the off-season. A few important items to pay attention to at this point in time:

    * The Thanksgiving Brule Camp brochure can be found under the Programs link - Sign up early since there is limited space!
